Kaori is a professional home cook, instructor, and author of Mochi Magic. With years of experience making mochi, she brings together traditional techniques and modern flavors to create desserts that are both nostalgic and new.
Junna is a professional nail technician at Penzone Salons and a talented food stylist with a keen eye for design. Her creativity helps shape the look and feel of each dessert, making every piece as beautiful as it is delicious.
Together, they launched The Mochi Shop with a simple idea: to share the joy of mochi in new and exciting ways—from traditional daifuku to freshly baked mochi donuts.
